Новый роскошный отель, открывшийся в девятиэтажном здании викторианской эпохи. Здание было построено в 1886 году, и с конца XIX века являлось одной из достопримечательностей Нью-Йорка. В 2016 году здесь открылся отель The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel, являющийся частью цепочки Thompson Hotels, объединяющий эксклюзивные отели в США, Канаде и Мексике.
